MY DAD

This is the poem i wrote for my dad the day of his funeral.

MY DAD

I really dont know where to start, Im crippled with a broken heart, remembering the times we had. The laughter and the cheers, are arguments are ups and downs and all the pain and tears. I will never forget you Dad, not in a million years.
I'll always remember the chats we had, because I'm your daughter and you are my Dad. We said goodbye with are true words spoken and now dear Dad, my heart is broken
You really were my best friend right up until the very end.
What more can i say ' my best mate' your up there now through heavens gate, I hope your happy were you are.
Stay near to me always and never too far. I'm left now with only memories of you and i dont know what i'm going to do.
All i know i'm very sad, I cant believe I've lost my Dad.

Alan Murray was 49 years old when he passed away. Leaving behind his loving mother Edie, daughter Jeanette granddaughter Millie sisters Diane and Jean, nieces Tracy and Lyn great nephews Callum and Connor and great nieces Ellie and Olivia. also many friends who miss him greatly!
